Right to erasure (the "right to be forgotten") - i.e. we must erase any personal data we hold about you at your request, e.g. if you no longer wish to be registered with us. However, it may be that there is some other reason which entitles or obliges us to retain the data (e.g. an obligation under the Accountancy Act under clause 4 etc.), in which case we cannot delete it.
Right to restriction of processing - in some cases we may retain personal data but we may not handle it in any way; these situations include:

if the personal data are processed unlawfully but you do not want us to erase them and instead of erasure you only request a restriction of processing
